Do you ship to my country?
We ship all of our products worldwide with DHL Express. If you can’t ship to your country please send a e-mail to support@ilanee.com
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout. These prices do not include customs fees or other taxes.
Please note: Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
How long does it take for my order to get to my doorstep?
We ship within 24 hours after you place your order*.
- Europe Express shipment: 1 – 4 business days
- Europe local mail shipment: 15 – 20 business days
- Worldwide Express shipment: 5 – 7 business days
- Wordwide local mail shipment: 20 – 25 business days
*Shipping times may differ if:
- A product has a different Shipment date. If so, this will be noted on the product page.
- We are experiencing a busy period (such as the holidays). If so, this will be indicated in a top banner
