How can I pay for my order?
We accept multiple payment providers: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, iDeal.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide through our trusted shipping partners. If you are unable to select your country at checkout, please email us at support@ilanee.com and we will help where we can.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. These prices do not include customs fees or other taxes. Please note that orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes on delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
When will my order arrive?
How soon your order arrives depends on the piece.
In-stock pieces from our current collection are dispatched within 2 business days of your order.
Pre-order pieces are made to order and produced in limited batches. Each piece is offered in the batch that is currently open, and the estimated arrival for that batch is always shown on the product page at the time of purchase. This timing updates as production approaches, so the window shown on the product page is your best and most current guide to when your piece will arrive.
Because these pieces are made only once your order is placed, please refer to the product page for the most up to date timing.
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Europe: 1 to 4 business days
- Worldwide: 5 to 7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may differ during busy periods, such as holidays, which we will note in a banner on the site.
Can I track my order?
Every order includes track and trace. You will receive your tracking information by email once your order is on its way.
