Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. ILANÉE reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse or cancel orders at any time without prior notice. Where we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
Product Representation
We make every effort to display our garments, colours, textures, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, fabric characteristics, artisanal production methods, and natural differences in materials.
Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on this website are listed in EUR unless otherwise stated. ILANÉE reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, though the price that applies to your order is the one shown at the time you place it. Orders are processed only upon successful payment confirmation.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. ILANÉE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, force majeure events, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and remain the sole responsibility of the customer. ILANÉE is not responsible for customs delays, refused shipments, or additional charges resulting from unpaid import fees.
Returns & Exchanges
All returns are subject to our Refund Policy. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging. ILANÉE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Pieces
Our pre-order pieces are made to order in our standard sizes and may require extended production times, but your right to return them applies in the same way as any other piece, as set out in our Refund Policy. Only genuinely bespoke or personalised pieces, made to your own measurements or customised at your request, are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or not as described.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to images, branding, logos, designs, text, graphics, and product designs, is the intellectual property of ILANÉE and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ILANÉE shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website, products purchased, shipping delays, customs procedures, or inability to use our services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or under your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.
Right to Refuse Service
ILANÉE reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our reasonable discretion.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
